Is there a complete multimarkdown plugin for WordPress? I would really like to be able to align images without having to resort to HTML.

I updated the tar with a change that puts the footnote reference links in a sup element. I made this change quite a while ago but I failed to rebuild the tar to included the change.

Just found your plugin; it looks exactly like what I'm looking for. But, out of the box in my install the referring links aren't superscript, like they are in yours. How can I fix that?

That sounds pretty sweet. I've really come around to Markdown also - its the only wiki language that doesn't make me want to runaway and scream. While you are on a roll, how about a Markdown plugin for Trac :)
